Working Foreman – Road Construction Projects
Job Description
Duties: Must be able to manage a crew, be proficient in asphalt paving operations. Must have an understanding of drainage (slope/grade). Must have class B CDL & be able to schedule work. Must be able to report hours/ progress of work digitally.

Seeking a highly motivated individual to be part of our rapidly growing company. Team member must be able to manage a road construction crew, have basic understanding of asphalt paving operations, must be able to read plans & interpret plans in terms of slope/grade. Must have Class B CDL & be able to report hours/progress digitally.
Starting pay is $80-110K/Year. We offer 2 weeks paid vacation & health benefits after 90 days successful employment along with company vehicle. Bonus pay (profit share) after 6 months employment. Our goal is to recruit well qualified individuals that can help us grow & we can reward.
