A Foreman position ensures the productivity of daily operations at the construction site. They work closely with the management team to determine hiring needs, deadlines for specific tasks, and safety protocols to enforce among workers.

Highway Safety Devices, Inc. is a Florida-based, full service specialty contractor located in Tampa, FL, with an additional new office in Orlando, FL. HSD is an FDOT Contractor that is focused on highway construction, specializing in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Advanced Traffic Management Systems (ATMS), traffic control devices, signalization, lighting, roadway signing, guardrail, and cable rail installations.
Highway Safety Devices, Inc. has immediate openings for experienced IMSA Traffic Signal Foreman. We also have openings for Sign Foreman, Street Lighting Foreman, and Underground Conduit Foreman.
Individuals seeking the Foreman position must have knowledge of FDOT standards and design specifications. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
All individuals shall have a clean driving record and be able to obtain a CDL license of CLASS A or B within 90 days.
