Billing Clerk I
This position is responsible for generating and sending invoices to contractual customers. They gather information to calculate bills, receivables and ensure the final bill is issued.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Processes contractual billing.
Excel spreadsheet, Smartsheet and QuickBooks.
Assist with special projects.
Maintaining records in physical or electronic files.
Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office and QuickBooks suite.
Superior accuracy and attention to detail.
Good planning and organization skills.
Able to manage short-notice/adjusting deadlines.
Must be able to write, read and comprehend written and verbal job instructions/information.
Capable of sitting for extended periods of time and performing repetitive tasks

Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Pre-Screen
Upon offer, employees may be required to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check.
License & Certifications:
Driver License preferred but not required.

No travel required.
