The Florida Youth ChalleNGe Academy (FLYCA) is a premier quasi-military academy operated through the Florida National Guard. Our mission is to empower today’s youth to become successful, productive citizens by providing a highly disciplined and motivational environment, free from outside distractions.
Our students come from across Florida and undergo a rigorous selection process before being accepted into the program. While attending the academy, they receive training in:
- Time Management
- Project Management
- Accountability
- Leadership
This structured approach helps prepare them for future success.
