Refund Policy: Full registration refunds will be given until June 7th. 50% registration refunds will be given until July 18th. Following July 18th, no refunds will be allowed. Activity fees are non-refundable.
We will be offering the following activities during the convention for an additional fee. You will need to purchase the activity when checking out in order to pay for your spot. These activity fees are non-refundable.
Golf Tournament: Saturday Morning – $300
Golf will be a four man scramble played at the Rookery at Marco. Breakfast, golf, and cart fees are included. Email Heather Hicks at [email protected] with any team pairing requests. All requests will be considered but can’t be guaranteed. Once purchased, this item cannot be refunded.
Fishing Tournament: Saturday Morning – $350
Deep sea fishing with six anglers per boat. Breakfast, transportation, and bait included. Email Heather Hicks at [email protected] with any pairing requests. All requests will be considered but can’t be guaranteed. Once purchased, this item cannot be refunded.
Your hotel room is NOT INCLUDED in your registration. In an effort to save rooms for registered attendees, the hotel room block will only be provided once you have completed registration. The DBE Award is given in recognition for meeting or exceeding the FDOT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Utilization Goal for the 2022-2023 federal fiscal year. If your company qualifies for this award, an email will be sent to the main contact for your company.
