Superintendent
The Superintendent leads crew(s) by assigning work duties; observing and monitoring work tasks; providing feedback to employees; evaluating work performance; and assisting employees to correct deficiencies. Monitors construction schedule, identifies and solves problems, and reports any issues. Directs field team to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to plans and specifications. Reports to the Project Manager.
